SORTING our BEAUTIFUL THINGS



 
First, we sorted through our BEAUTIFUL THINGS.
 
 
Next, we painted our canvases different colours.
 
 
 
 
Then, we placed beautiful things on top of the canvases.

The Season of Advent has Begun!

The Season of Advent began on Sunday December 1st.  The Kindergarten students have begun to learn about Mary and Joseph and the journey they took to Bethlehem days leading up to when Jesus was born.

SNOW DAY!!! ~ November 27, 2013



It was a winter wonderland in the Glebe on Wednesday November 27!!  We could not stay inside and spent most of our morning amoungst the snowflakes.  We kept busy making snowmen, snow angels, forts, and bolders!

We made a mini experiment by placing snow into coffee filters.  We wondered, "What will be left over?"  What we found out: Lots of water with a lot of dirt!!!  Guess we shouldnt eat all that now after all!!!
